New SFIT Stretching class offered this Thursday!

Stretching is an integral part of any fitness regimen. However, while most of us are good about factoring in time
for a warm up and maybe even a few minutes to cool down, we tend to shave the time it takes to fully stretch
our body. Come treat yourself to an entire hour and a half dedicated to stretching. It’s not yoga, it’s not pilates,
it’s stretching with an intent and purpose. We’ll hit the most common areas of tension and soreness and can tailor
your stretching experience to address your areas of concern. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and
renewed so your body can take on the bashing we know you plan to put it through the next day.

Come on out at 6:30 PM at CrossFit Steele Creek, and Jessica Hooks of Just Focus will show you how to stretch effectively to relieve pain and alleviate stress.
